Hi I’m Roxana McKinney!

Biography

Roxana McKinney is on a mission to eliminate the gender wage gap. As the founder of Women Wealth & Worth, a financial education firm, her programs empower women to demand their worth and transform their lives.

As a former Wall Street trader, Roxana learned early on the importance of financial education. Through her own experience in hiring a financial coach early in her career not only changed her personal philosophy around money, but also enabled her to purchase an NYC apartment at age 25.

Inspired by her own success with financial coaching and seeing the devastating impact of the recession, Roxana started her own financial coaching practice in 2010 helping women transform their financial lives and command their true WORTH in the workplace. Through one-on-one and group customized education and guidance, Roxana helps her clients save money, eliminate debt, invest smarter and earn more.

An accomplished speaker, Roxana brings interaction and engagement to progressive organizations through her talks on women's wealth empowerment, financial education and salary negotiation.

Always one to give back, Roxana is an active alumna and past volunteer of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and former Board of Directors member of Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. She is a current Treasurer & Board of Directors member for The Latina Institute, a national social justice organization.

Roxana lives and works in New York City with her significant other and young son. She doubts she’ll ever live anywhere else—as NYC gives her the opportunity to indulge in a few of her major life passions: world travel, connecting like-minded people, volunteering and wine tasting!
